 COTTAGE: a rustic grade which permits knots and the natural varitations of the lumber. It has unique grain patterns and growth characteristics that offer a rich and exceptional appearance. PREFINISHED: Satin with 3 coats of UV cured, anti-scartch, aluminum-oxide top coat. You can expect the highest quality of prefinishing that is available on the market today. We offer a full standard twenty-five year finish wear layer warrenty. COLOR: Displays a more grey/brown color than red oak. HARDNESS: Janka hardness of 1360 as compared to the hardness of 1290 for red oak.
