MESSMER’S WOOD & DECK CLEANER (PART A) removes dirt and gray from wood, and prepares weathered wood for treatment with other finishing products.

Coverage: Approx 125-200 square feet per gallon depending on wood condition and porosity.
Application for Part A:
To remove excess dirt and debris from surface, Mix 1/3 cup PART A with 1 gallon hot water, mix thoroughly. Apply liberally to wood surface using garden sprayer, mop, or brush. Allow it to soak on the wood for 10 to 15 minutes while keeping it wet. Scrub the area with either a stiff brush or a push broom while area is wet. Rinse thoroughly with a garden hose or pressure washer. Repeat as necessary on severely weathered wood. After application and rinse period, immediately flood surrounding plants or lawn with large amounts of water.
